Terron Smith is a certified personal trainer through American Aerobic Association International/ The International Sports and Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA). Terron's love for fitness came through a history of family illnesses, which can be controlled, or at least managed by living healthy. Terron is an enthusiastic group instructor. His specialty classes, Core and More and Hip Hop Step keeps students engaged and energized. A true motivator, Terron understands the pitfalls that people experience when trying to become healthier, and he helps them get on track. In addition to his fitness credentials, Terron also earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Systems from Morgan State University.
Chinara Smith is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the American Aerobic Association International and the International Sports Management Association (AAAI/ISMA) and Chinara is a certified Nutrition and Weight Management Consultant through the American Fitness Professional Association (AFPA). Chinara has extensive experience providing fitness, dietary and nutrition guidance to those interested in weight change or those with chronic conditions. Chinara also owns Spiced Living, a Nationally Recognized Spice Company. Through Spiced Living, Chinara hosts cooking classes, gives personal cooking lessons, and is a sought after Public Speaker . In addition to her wellness credentials, Chinara earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Morgan State University, and a Master of Arts Degree in Communications from The College of Notre Dame.
